Returns

If there’s something wrong with the product/service you bought, or if you are not happy with it, you have 30 days to request a refund and return the product(s).

If you would like to return a product, the only way it would be refunded would be if the product is damage free. If we find any damage on the product we will cancel your refund immediately.

Refunds

We at Restore-Rite commit ourselves to serve our customers with the best products. Every single product you choose is thoroughly inspected, checked for defects and packaged with utmost care.Sadly, there are times when we may not have the product(s) that you choose in stock, or we may face some issues with our inventory and quality check. In such cases, your order may have to be cancelled. You will be informed about it in advance so that you don't have to worry unnecessarily. If you have purchased via online payment, then you will be refunded once our team confirms your request.

We carry out a thorough quality check before processing the ordered item and take utmost care while packing the product. At the same time, we ensure that the packing will protect the items from damage during transit. Please note that Restore-Rite is not liable for damages to items during transit.

As soon as we receive the returned product and if it follows the guidelines addressed above, we will issue a refund of your purchase. Please be aware that your refund may take a couple of days to process.

Shipping Cost

Restore-Rite is not responsible for return shipping costs. Every shipping must be paid by the customer. Even if the item had free shipping, the customer must pay for shipping the return.
